CurrentResponsibilities:· Interviews law firms (our clients) to understand their needs and expectations in order to set-up and program accounts accurately.· Calls law firms to verify accuracy of maintenance requests received.· Offers additional options and services to clients to increase worth of our service to them.· Documents all client contact/requests in CRM.· Manages and is responsible for quality on all assigned accounts.·… Show more Responsibilities:· Interviews law firms (our clients) to understand their needs and expectations in order to set-up and program accounts accurately.· Calls law firms to verify accuracy of maintenance requests received.· Offers additional options and services to clients to increase worth of our service to them.· Documents all client contact/requests in CRM.· Manages and is responsible for quality on all assigned accounts.· Interfaces with Account Advisors, Department Managers, Call Center Staff regarding training, protocol, and communication issues.· Prepares for and participates in Sales/Client Services Meetings and Call Center Staff meetings if needed.· Communicates with teams in a timely manner for all necessary programming changes and suggestions for accounts· Looks for ways to minimize client turn and loss of accounts by staying engaged in the process and looking for ways to make improvements wherever possible.Professionalism:· Answers questions, provides feedback and supports teams in a positive, helpful and respectful manner.· Communicates concerns with CSD management and Human Resources immediately and appropriately.· Maintains confidentiality when handling company and client information. Service/Teamwork· Keeps client satisfaction and retention as primary goal· Shows a willingness to help and be of service to Intake Specialists and teams.· Supports company objectives of caller experience and one call resolution. Productivity· Constantly looks for ways to improve client relationships and retention as appropriate· Looks for trends and patterns that can inform appropriate actions and improved business practices· Identifies ways, whenever possible to make improvements to procedures and practices.· Brings suggestions for improvements and changes to the appropriate people.
