Recruit Asian students to participate in the Success Scholars ProgramCo-host Alumni and Peer Mentor training on how to best support underrepresented backgrounds and LGBTQ+ students in higher education.Maintaining a caseload of Asian mentees and provide them with the foundation to be capable of making informed personal, academic, transfer, and career decisions.Advising and support Asian Student in Alliance (ASIA) affinity groups to promote the diversity, equity, and inclusive as well as creating a safe space. Collaborate on a program for families and friends of Success Scholars to encourage and support them in navigating college resources.Promote and encourage students to FAFSA/Financial Aid workshops.
