This role involves enabling corporate finance customers in their funds raising program from banks, NBFCs and other lenders, help GE business to pare risk, securitize loan assets and generate fee income. My role involved handling • corporate finance and loan syndications including appraisal, structuring, credit sales, relations with investors, rating agencies, data analytics• FI relationship coverage for secondary buy, participation in other syndications• Operations and mid-office support including business planning, credit control, portfolio, accounting and tax analysis.
