Duties and responsibilities:• Coordinate an effective functioning of HR functions of the department i.e. disciplinary & grievance, HRMS records, payrolls, medical Insurance, visa coordination, employee files, etc• Ensure recruitment and proper on-boarding across all BUs in UAE is in line with the Group recruitment policies and guidelines and process in a timely manner and in line with approved budget • Manage and control employee movements and timely update of HRMS records • Manage all remuneration, promotion and movement changes up to "F" grade at all BUs in UAE• Ensure proper control so that assigned BUs are fully complied with UAE immigration and labour guidelines alongside of company policies and procedures • Fully responsible for the Medical insurance scheme, its renewal and claim management and ad hoc tasks associated with it • Play advisory role in all HR related processes to all BUs in UAE• Responsible for the annual appraisal process for all BUs in UAE and up to N-1 positions to ensure its timely completion • Assisting Head of HR with implementation of assigned HR projects initiated by the Group HR for all BUs.

• Administers compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.• Maintains and develops HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.• Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.• Guides the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance.• Analyzes and modifies compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.• Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities of subordinates and staff related to direct and indirect staff recruitment, employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.• Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.• Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develops recommendations for improvement.• Deals with Insurance Companies and manages the Local medical insurance system in the Company. • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.• Supervises the HR coordination of Indirect and Direct staff, manages and supports in solving HR issues.• Monitoring and safe keeping the Individual Development Plan (IDP) of the employees.
