Hi! I am Farrakh Mushtaq. Motivated by a passion for cutting-edge technology and innovation, I am a driven and determined Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in the industry. I recently completed an MSc in Electronics and Information Technology at the University of South Wales, UK, where I received IET accreditation from the Institute of Engineering and Technology. Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Management and Technology in Pakistan, with PEC accreditation from the Pakistan Engineering Council.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a proactive approach, taking initiatives and applying my engineering knowledge to solve complex problems. My role as an Electrical (Design) Engineer at Power Electronics Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. provided me with valuable experience in managing and designing electrical distribution solutions, including HT and LT panels, power factor improvement plants, auto transfer switches, motor starters, relay and control panels, and emergency metering panels. This position allowed me to develop strong project management and technical skills, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.Additionally, my internship at Pak Electron Limited (PEL) in Lahore, Pakistan, gave me exposure to the design, repair, and testing of LV & MV switchgears and power transformers. My research dissertation on the "Dynamic Wireless Electric Vehicle Charging System" at the University of South Wales further highlights my ability to innovate and contribute to cutting-edge technology, focusing on developing a system for wireless charging of electric vehicles in motion.I have also undertaken several academic projects, including the development of a hybrid solar-wind and pumped-hydro powered home, an obstacle-avoiding robot using Arduino Uno and ultrasonic sensors, and a hand gesture-controlled robot. These projects allowed me to gain practical experience with renewable energy systems, robotics, and control systems.My key skills include strong verbal and written communication in English, MATLAB SIMULINK simulations, C++ programming, and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, E2Studio, Vivado, and Zemax. I am a self-determined and energetic problem solver, eager to leverage my skills to contribute to an organization’s growth.I am currently seeking a full-time position in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering where I can continue to grow as a professional and make a meaningful impact.
