My day to day activities includes coordination with business, IT and vendor teams for project planning & rollout, gather and analyze business requirements, suggest optimal solutions to Business & IT (gap analysis), prepare system specifications, manage project scope and requirements, prepare use cases and process flows, validate implemented solutions, system rollout & Business/IT change management including user adoption planning, defining training needs and strategy, training end users and measuring and reporting on each deliverable. I’m responsible to ensure that the timelines and scope are met with good quality delivery to meet business requirements and expectations.My major deliverables include detailed system specifications with data model, business rules, validation rules, workflows, integration analysis, data migration rules, system design requirements, IT change management, system rollout plan, business cases, business process design, business process re-engineering, solution feasibility analysis, business rollout plan, business change management, user training and user adoption.
