With over 35 years of extensive experience in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas projects (and recently with a special focus on the pharmaceutical and chemical industry), I have worked with reputable international companies such as Linde AG-Germany, Technip-France, Chiyoda-Japan, Technimont-Italy, and Eurotechnica-Italy, as well as with Iranian leader companies such as Sazeh and Namvaran.Through these experiences, I have gained valuable expertise in engineering design of large-scale EPC projects as the Civil, Structure & Building Department Management, Principal/Senior adviser, and Lead Engineer. My knowledge and experience extend to Basic, FEED, and Detail Engineering of civil structures and buildings in industrial plants, Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Pipelines, and Pharmaceutical industries.My main objective is to support companies in the execution of their short- and long-term vision, plans, and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership in line with the company's mission and core values. I am a strong leader with considerable experience motivating, coaching, and mentoring cross-functional teams of professionals to collaborate, communicate, and efficiently perform.As a highly accomplished professional, I have extensive experience in executive leadership, financial and operations management, with a depth of knowledge in both business and technology. I work closely with the CEO of GelEntroCeutics Inc. and am responsible for the day-to-day operations, leading the company's operational development and growth. I provide cross-functional, strategic leadership for the operation of key business functions, directly managing consulting services, infrastructure, support, human resources, and administration functions.I create dashboards and management reports to enable close monitoring of daily operations and programs, evaluate workflow and operations results, and take corrective actions. Additionally, I develop an internal scorecard to help prioritize projects based on alignment with corporate goals.
