After helping to grow the Primary Creative Writing Curriculum, I begin to challenge myself in growing the Secondary English Mastery arm and provide another edge to become the Leading English and Writing Specialist in Singapore. On top of managing two different teams, I helped to helm the first West-side centre opening at Write Edge and became the pilot Senior Teacher at the branch, assisting in setting up a positive teaching culture and parent-teacher relationship at the fast-growing branch. Highlights include:- Achieved exponential growth rate at new branch- 100% team retention - Strategic Planning and Thinking

After a year of finding my footing with the Curriculum Team, I began to assist teacher training and centre management for teachers as a Senior Teacher at one of Write Edge’s bigger branches. On top of leading a Curriculum Team of 4 talented and passionate individuals, I helped to assist and train teachers with week on week matters, as well as the Centre Manager in dealing with any issues that may arise. As a team, we helped to boost the centre numbers through Termly initiatives and working closely with parents to help make our Curriculum be as effective as possible. Highlights included:- Achieved healthy enrolment rates over four terms and met Company’s KPI with student numbers- Rebranded and repurposed Primary 1 and Primary 2 Curriculum to better meet the current needs of students- Developing positive work environment and teacher culture at the centre

On top of having a full load of classes, I lead the Curriculum Team for the biggest arm at Write Edge: the Primary Creative Writing. We worked to maintain and improve on the high quality of worksheet and lesson plans provided to teachers on a weekly basis as well as monitor feedback and potential areas of improvement by working closely with Teachers on the ground to better fine-tune the pedagogy and approach to make the mastery of English possible for students. Highlights:- Lead the Curriculum Rebranding Project as part of Company-wide Rebranding (formatting, rewriting and consolidating improvements to Curriculum)- Creation of new Curriculum Showcase as part of Marketing Collaterals

Taught English and Writing across a host of levels from Primary 1 to Secondary 4 in small class sizes of 6 weekly. On top of helping to unlock the potential in the students, I also helped with Teacher Training and Curriculum Writing on an ad-hoc basis.Highlights included:- Attained the highest percentage of A*/A graduates for PSLE across two years- Maintained high level of improvement rate in all students over two years- 100% graduation rate for all students

As an idealist and lover of all things creative, I worked with a group of like-minded and passionate individuals to write, direct and produce short-form content for social media for companies looking to tell the stories about their brand. Some of my most prominent projects saw me occupy the seat of a scriptwriter, director and video editor to make the written words come to life on the screen in our devices.Some of my highlights:1) Wrote and directed a special collection of videos dedicated to the Golden Generation of Singapore during the SG50 Golden Jubilee Celebrations produced by National Library2) Edited a special tribute video to Mr Lee Kuan Yew after his passing that was played in dedicated spaces in the heartlands3) Edited a Changi Airport Hub video showcasing the highlights of Changi Airport that garnered over 100,000 views on social media4) Wrote and directed a Mediacorp special short-form video in celebration of Singapore’s Golden Jubilee starring Dick Lee5) Worked with Comfortdelgro and Moove Media in celebration of SG50 to highlight company’s own jubilee celebrations
