I am currently working toward the Google IT Support Certificate. I know hardware and the systems of the computer well. I am a fast learner with and very detailed oriented allowing me to pinpoint IT issues and work toward a solution. I am self-taught in desktop building and hardware maintenance with some experience in OS and other software installation. I have worked in warehouse fulfillment, grocery retail, and as an office assistant in a large electronics company. In all of these positions my attention to detail has won me praise. I look forward to learning about other IT roles, especially those where I can use all the skills I have developed, at the same time broadening my knowledge base.
