In my life I met too many people with different nationality. Every day in every situation I tried to learn something more to improve my attitude. In that way with too many practices, comparing with 1996 when I was graduated from Petroleum University (Iran), I can say the followings are my achievements and skills that may help the others: • Develop (or utilize) process design methodologies, system and tools as required (or defined) by Company(Good working knowledge of Process simulators)• Lead the effort of technology transfer in Process Engineering relevant areas • When applicable, establishment of common working platform between Client, Consultant, Contractor(s) and Vendor(s)• Perform Capital, Utility, and Product Value Estimates and then prepare a Conceptual Design and Feasibility Report• Able to work with minimal supervision, to prioritize workload and meet deadlines• Effective analytical and problems solving skills • Lead the assigned design team, Develop/train of newly hired Process Engineers • Provide technical expertise to the project execution team• Review and endorse the Design activities (e.g. Participate in HAZOP studies…) • Provide Operating Manual and Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Plans • Assist in Plant start-up and performance testing, as required • Assist in developing plant control philosophy, plant lay out, plant utility requirements• Develop sizing information for Process Equipment• Performing Consequence Modeling.
