Project Name: Riyadh Metro Project ( Currently assigned to)Project Value: Approximately 54 Million USD.Client: BACS-JVType of Contract: Remeasure Contract# Preparation of monthly interim payment applications to the Client with all substantial documents (PO’s, MIR,RFI, Site progress report etc.) and obtain approval within duration.# Preparation of Variations Orders (Design Changes, Damages, Additional Work instruction, Damages / Abortive Works & Other claims Etc.) including justifications, Quantities, Pricing Breakdown and follow-up for approval.# Finalization of all the quantities and technical related issues with consultant QS.# Assist in preparing cost estimate for different phases of the project, advice the project management on possible cost over runs and on the action necessary to remain within the approved project budget.# Responsible for the cost control and all the commercial aspects in the commercial department and reporting to Commercial Manager.# Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts & commercial reports.# Preparation of contractual correspondence for Claims, Variations & EOT, notification of back charges, delay notice for payments & other approvals, damage report, bank guarantee expiry /renewal etc.# Preparing Take-Off quantities from Rhino 6 - 3D Models based on IFC drawing through Method of Measurement and report the differences with the contractual BOQ.# Check & evaluate subcontractor’s monthly payment applications and prepare payment certificates with all backup documents & recommending for payments.
