I held different positions throughout my career in Chrysler: Organization Manager, HR Generalist, Expat Coordinator, Training Coordinator, ISO9000 Coordinator and Labor Relations Coordinator. This positions gave me experience in: Employee and Labor Relations, Training and Development, Organization, Expat Administration, HR Policies administration; Internal Communication and Talent Acquisition.Main Achievements:- Develop the Talent Acquisition strategy to recruit around 500 engineers for the Product Engineering Division due to the transfer of operations from US to Mexico.- Create the process to control and review the HR budget, achieving 20 % in savings and a better use of the resources.- Negotiate a 16% cost reduction from the vendor providing payroll services for to the outsourced personnel (around 1 million dollars in savings per year).- Develop a new policy to finance graduate and postgraduate courses.- Implement and Launch a LMS for corporate courses.- Develop and execute the Manpower Reduction strategy for Mexico base on the reduction target define by US Headquarters for an Automotive Company (40% in a 3 year period). (Chrysler)International Experience:US Experience:Being HR Generalist for Mexico's Manufacturing Group at US Headquarters in Detroit, Michigan and also, in that period of time I performed as well as a liaison between Corporate HR Mexico and HR US Headquarters.Latin America Experience (Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile):At Chrysler for 2 years I was responsible of Headcount and Organizational Structures for Latin America and as liaison in HR matters between Latin America and HR USA Headquarters. Main Achievement: - Redefine Brazil, Argentina and Chile’s organizational structures after a company merger separation, obtaining the approval from US Headquarters.
