• Managing Quality management activities based on ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001 and Total Quality Management systems• To oversee the main activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.• Establishment of the Risc Analyzing System for design and production processes (D-FMEA/P-FMEA) and creating process control plans based on these risc analysis.• Establishment of Statistical Process Control System (SPC) to analyzing and monitoring the situation of the determined key performance parameters of production process and products.• Development, implementation, and management of processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.• Identification and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.• Communicating quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.• Coordinating product testing processes.• Participating in product testing.• Identification and analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems occur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.• Reviewing client, customer, and user feedback.• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Having responsibility about all Technical Engineering studies of Tyre production process including Compounding, Extrusion, Calendering, Bead Production, Tyre Building, Tyre Curing and Final Finish as Plant Technical Manager

Research and development studies about PCR, UHP, LVR, TBR, AGS, AGR, ORS, and Aircraft tire compound formulation and production process.
