• To lead and manage Team for addressing the scope of offshore delivery for our clients in various geographical locations and in different business focuses. Review, Submit and Discuss Management Deliverables in relation to the business secured from the Clients, managing the Treasury and Cash Management Function with due diligence and stringent control environment.• Preparation and reporting of Management Deliverables for periodic intervals. Business writing in a variety of related domains to furnish information to internal as well as external stakeholders. Review Control Instruments and Log Sheets for the process review & control.• Manage Financial Analysis and Dashboard KPI’s for executive decision making ensuring Business Processes are monitored and controlled in the requisite domain.• Responsible for eliminating Process Gaps and ensuring team is compliant in relevant practice areas and motivate direct team to achieve organizational and corporate objectives. • Responsible for End-to-End Record-to-Report Process for the client-entity/group/practice area.

Analyze financial performance of clients against key business metrics and document pertinent financial high lights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.Involved in projected cost analysis to depict aspects like capital expenditures, identify financial projections that highlight vital elements involving Revenue projection module, Expenses projection module, fixed assets requirements, depreciation schedule and financial statements.Developing and implementing financial strategies including elements such as forecasting and budgeting for clients.Work with clients to manage their day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance functions, with direct accountability for budgeting, internal controls, risk management, payroll, payables/ and closing/reporting activities.Conduct sensitivity analysis, forecasting cash flows and financial statements in order to build investment appraisals using ratios such as: Internal Rate of Return “IRR”, Net Present Value “NPV”, Return on Equity “ROE”, Return on Investment “ROI”, etc.

Following up new leads of customers and crack deals to achieve targets.Preparation of daily sales report to acquire daily and weekly targets.Prepares and organize the data to meet sales targets.Visits into listed and new companies to bring business.Conducting market research and following up accordingly & accurately.Maintain & develop existing & new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service & customer satisfaction

Responsible for supervise all operation matters for PIEF and PCF.I was responsible to develop cash flows, calculate the valuation of financial instruments such as T-Bills, TFC’s and other money market instruments.I ensured preparation of financial statements and maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with best accounting principles and practices and statutory requirements.Provide support to treasury department and marketing department.Calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) of each fund and monthly SECP reporting.My responsibilities also covered coordination with internal as well as external auditors for the audit of internal controls and financial statements and I ensured all the activities comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Received Clearing Instrument from NIFT (Branch Wise).• Technical Checking / Scrutiny of each Instrument.• Signature verification & Branch Intimation, if signature not tagged. • Follow up for signature related faxes with branches. • Posting of each instrument on SYMBOLS deposit module.• Discrepancy Instruments are posted in CRS (Cheque Return System).• Preparing Discrepancy Return Memos accordingly. • Posting of General Ledger of assigned branches on SYMBOLS. • Received Accounts Opening Form from Branches.• Review of documents attached with Account Opening Forms according to the prudential regulation.• Generating of Unique Client Number Posting of Client Information in SYMBOLS Kernel Module.• Sending letter of thanks to customers and introducers.

• Maintaining the portfolio of 2 lack rupees. Portfolio consist of Banks, Oil & Gas and Chemicals.• Making an strategy to holding bank for long period and speculation with Oil and Gas sectors.

• Maintenance of Accounts of Expenditure and preparation of monthly Expenditure Statement.• Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to account, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transaction.• Establishing and maintain and coordinating the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. • Maintain the bank reconciliation statement, payroll, and preparing cost sheets.• Other duties assigned.
