About Faruk Mutlu
MASAK'a 1998 yılında başlayarak kuruluş çalışmalarında yer aldım. Önleyici tedbirlere (yükümlüler ve yükümlülükler) ilişkin kapsamlı düzenlemeler getiren 5549 sayılı Suç Gelirlerinin Aklanmasının Önlenmesi Hakkında Kanunun 2006 yılında yürürlüğe girmesi ile birlikte Yükümlülük Denetimi Şube Müdürü olarak görevlendirildim. Bu süreçte; ulusal ve uluslararası çok sayıda toplantı ve çalıştaya katılım sağladım. MASAK mevzuatı kapsamında; kamu kurumları, çeşitli birlikler ve yükümlülere yönelik eğitim faaliyetlerinde eğitici olarak görev aldım. Yükümlülükler kapsamında 3 adet kitabım MASAK yayını olarak yayımlanmıştır. 2021 Mayıs ayında Yükümlülük Denetimi Daire Başkanlığı görevine atandım. 2024 Ocak ayında kendi isteğimle emekliye ayrılarak All Compliance şirketine katıldım.
