Already Completed SAP implementation for 35 companies (Sugar, Cement, Paper, Feeds, Power, Flour mills, Soyabean Oil, Mustard Oil, Seed Crushing, Mineral Water, Condensed Milk, Milk Powder, Spice, Fiber & Bag Industries, Printing & Packaging Industries, Tea, Polymer industries, Salt, Tissue & Transport Management)• Responsible for Implementation of SAP Production Planning for managing MRP and shop floor control activities• Mapping of the Business process, identify gaps and evolve suitable procedures to bridge the gaps. • Data sensitization and AS-IS study for 4th phase of SAP implementation• Preparation of the Business blue print based on the best business practice. • Configuring the SAP system in line with the Business blue print.• Conducting Integration testing for the process identified in the Business blue print (BBP).• Provide training to the key users & end users.• Provided post-implementation support for SAP [ 35 companies ]• Data sensitization and ASIS study for 2 companies at 5th phase of SAP implementation [PVC & Beverages ]
