Over the last four and a half years I have spearheaded the launch of MARHAM, a healthcare startup providing an on-demand service platform for patients across Pakistan. Developing sales and marketing strategies as well as contributing to the infrastructural development of the company has provided me with the opportunity to widen my understanding of both the healthcare and the technology sectors within the country. Having been a part of the project from its conceptualization through to its delivery has enabled a deep insight into business, strategy and growth projection. Liaising with governmental institutions and the country’s private sector medical organization have allowed me to better my understanding of customer demand, product generation and the metrics by which to measure our success. With these experiences in hand, I have attained strong leadership capabilities, which have been harnessed through integrated stakeholder management. I am a motivated individual and a team player. I believe that results for the whole lead to progression for those that partook in the project's success. Leading MARHAM to a profitable standing in Pakistan’s healthcare market within three and a half years, managing a team of over 60 employees and multiple external, international stakeholders has been an achievement that best demonstrates this.
