• Desing Document Management System and Record Management System to control documents in company to ensure data is consistent and accurate.• Distributing all document to owners and users to make sure last updated version is used.• Manage physical documents with document, such as archive the document based on Record Management System and Audit the documents are using in company. • Planning, coordination, documentation, implementation of processes of the organizations as needed.• Document of current procedures to ensure that all procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the organisational requirements.• Prepare the reports including Management review inputs, Progress of the process, Minutes, Audits and etc.
