INVENTORY: - manage Intake of stock - Conducting all related administration tasks - Account & keep record of inventoried productions materials - Creating and updating comprehensive inventory tracking system – MS excel - Compile inventory reports for review and analysis my operations manager - Performing timely inventory auditsQUALITY CONTROL: - Inspect all products for Standards of quality ratings - communicating with management in order to find "flow" between Production department's productivity and shipping department's productivity while adjusting for sales volume and shipping deadlines. - Clarify necessary adjustments for unfinished product with production staff until standards of quality are met. - Lamination of all labels, by operating LexJets commercial lamination machines. - Checking every single label produced for any printing, font, editing, medium or lamination defects prior to shipment. - Maintaining a near perfect recall percentage. - Lateral Communication with operations manager & supervisor, production department supervisor. - Complete and ship highest quality product by promised date.

- Keep safe working environments by following the route setting safety guidelines- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the routes set on the climbing wall- Organize the layout of the gym so all abilities will enjoy their climbing experience in manner that considers a natural flow of traffic within the building.- Manage competition related duties such as soliciting, scheduling, setting routes and any extra concessions the facility hosts.- Set safe, high quality routes. - Recruit and train new route setters. - Help select new holds and accessories to improve the quality of the routes in the gym.- Monitor all customer feedback to assist in making better routes for the customers. - Keep operations manager aware of anything that might need to be addressed with regard to safety or customer satisfaction.- Organize an equal distribution of easy to hard routes. - Keep a timely turnover time for all routes in the gym.- Report to the operations manager monthly about the status of the routes in the gym

- Filing of corporate records- 401k & 403b documents,- IRS/DOL Audits- Ensure that all documentation requirements are fulfilled - Making archived collections available to staff
