Organize and synchronize a tracking list for AP and AR to client and supplier entities, including various filterable fields, for direct reconciliation with the accounting general ledger. Maintenance of the full billing cycle through the preparation of sales invoices, codifying them into the accounting general ledger, follow-up with clientele and clearing them with collection of client payments. Maintenance of the full payments cycle through the interpretation of vendor invoices, codifying them into the accounting general ledger, follow-up with sales representatives and settling accounts in a timely manner. Increased the speed of billings at the Company by analyzing work-in-progress, creating reports and proactively following up with Project Managers monthly. Responsible for forecasting and reporting on cash balances for both the Canadian and foreign bank accounts on a weekly basis.
