Serving as a bridge between our Marketing and Product Development teams which included management of our social media accounts and create engaging content for daily postings to help increase our social media following community presence. In addition, I acted as a face of the brand and would routinely attend trade shows and visit key clients to spread brand awareness. Using this connection to our audience I would produce market research reports on our target market and key demographics for the purpose of future product development. As a part of the Product Development team, I managed several projects to competition for the launch of their flagship product the Davinci IQ. These projects included design and layout of the devices user interface, Bluetooth app experience, and several of the items in the accessory line of the product.

Developed marketing strategies to increase the traffic to the company website. During a growth phase, I spearheaded the sales campaign for one of the company's new products lines the Smart Money Clip. My daily functions also consisted of our promotional sales and wholesale distribution of this line of products.

Data Entry Specialist with a Pre-Employment background screening company. Some of my primary duties include manual entering of reports and documents in to an onlinerecords filing system, scanning and re-formatting of documents into an interactive hard drive sorting the saved files in specific folders pertaining to the type of file and the date received, and I also schedule appointments for Drug Screens for potential applicants all across the country. Handled a high volume of incoming calls. I was also trained in the actual research of court records to determine the criminal history for any potential applicants and processed 4506 Tax Transcripts. In my daily routines I handled sensitive information such as Names, Date of birth, Social Security numbers, Credit Card numbers, and Tax forms. As a part of the background screening process some applicants are not accepted by their hiring company and rejection letters are mailed to them. I am responsible for making sure these rejected applicants not only receive a copy of their background report but also a copy of their rights as an applicant under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. All these letters also need a record of being sent witch I keep a log with their names, company they've applied with, and the date sent.

On a day to day basis I was responsible for operating and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. First point of contact to all members coming in for their work out. Made smoothies toorder for customers. Handled monthly payments of members gym memberships and set them up for automatic monthly payment services. I also handled basic upkeep and clean up of the locker rooms and the work out areas (picking up and washing used towels, wiping down machines, etc.)

I pulled extra stock from the back room to fill empty gaps on the sales floor when needed while providing excellent customer service. Operated and maintained a balanced cash drawer. I also was trained and worked as clearance pricing specialist and back stocked defective store items.
