> On-Site and lab testing and calibration of instruments: ● Pressure ● temperature ● Level ● flow ● Electrical ● linear measuring > Pressure testing of pipeline, hydraulic hose, valves and manifold.> Preparation of work schedule, time sheet and work report.> Meeting with clients and moulding ideas according to their requirements and implement itsuccessfully.> ISO 9001:2008 documentation.> Supervising technicians and labours.> Sales activities (quotation, purchase order, delivery note etc.)

> Assisting chief engineer in daily calibration & maintenance routine. > Configuring field instruments using HART 475 communicator.> Dismantling and Repairing of Control Valves.> Carry out training classes to project students.

Under Shamsudheeenu Engineering & Contract pvt Ltd. >Leading a team of technicians to provide repair and maintenance of the plantinstruments. >Implement the maintenance and calibration schedule for the plant and performscheduled maintenance and calibration promptly. >File all maintenance and calibration records properly and prepare the report.>Work with Operations team to attend to equipment failure promptly for investigation and corrective action to ensure speedy restoration of normal plant operation. >Prepare spare parts and consumable list and procure them promptly to support plant operations.
