Getting to know 65 Bar & Restaurant owners, analyzing everything that had to do in how brands where activated in each of them. Defining price GAPs between brands in order to their positioning strategy, the way the brand were shown around the place, the promos they did, the glassware they used, the menus – how much space beer had in them, etc. And day by day, making improvements until our brands had the spotlight they deserve and where good executed.
