I design, create and execute sustainable concepts and events.In short- 10+ years of experience in strategic agency work in designing innovative food concepts, hospitality, food service innovations, workplace and branding. With the main 3 steps: research, development and execution. Guiding art direction from concept and client buy-in through all stages of creative development, production and post-production.- 10+ years experience in large scale consumer events (55k visitors) in food, sports and entertainment; knowledge and proven results in the creation and development of a business idea into profitable & sustainable business models, operating concepts and operational management skills. - Extensive knowledge of corporate and public catering, future food trends, sustainable event design and hospitality. My expertise lies in the field of driving human based designs to innovate hospitality, service and food concepts using brand development and creative strategy. My passions are food, sustainability and the circular economy. I have 15 years of experience in various creative, PM lead. marketing and management positions in the mass event industry and food design sector. During that time I worked for international clients like PwC, Landal GreenParks, ING, CBRE, Sodexo, Unilever, Nestlé, BBC, local green entrepreneurs, governmental bodies and a farm to fork startup looking to change the agro food system. In these projects I created food concepts that prevented food waste, implemented sustainable packaging, used sustainable sourcing of products and developed plant based company catering concepts. I initiated food labs where we designed and tested prototypes of the food of the future based completely on sustainable products. Always in collaboration with the end user to create effective concepts and products. I hold a Master of Business Science degree from the University of Groningen and learned to follow my own path. Many of the roles I have played in my career are based on my drive to build intelligent concepts that create a great experience for people & achieve commercial and sustainable results. My entrepreneurial spirit and dutch pragmatism have always led me to create value in any environment I work in.
