- Collaborate with account lead and project management to map out training plans, schedules, and associated timelines for teams (internal/external) and individuals- Align client learning objectives and strategic imperatives with curriculum development and instructional design- Coordinate, design, and develop live/virtual application-based training programs- Design and prepare pre-work, instructional/facilitator guides, job aids, and service work instructions- Identify the need for and host discovery and train-the-trainer sessions with subject matter experts and facilitators (internal and client team)- Recommend appropriate training methods per case (classroom, virtual, simulated, on the job, etc.)- Utilize knowledge of client’s learning management system to recommend strategies that yield a rich and dynamic user experience.
