The project main goal is to build 6 Tier III Data Centers creating 2 availability zones across two regions of Riyadh and Dammam. As such the data centers shall be constructed simultaneously, with three (3) Data Centers in each city having initial capacity of 4MW each and scalable up to 16MW or 24MW of IT load capacity ultimately.The three data centers in each city will form one availability zone. The total of the two availability zones will be 24MW for Day 1 deployment, and expandable to 120MW.The whole building including office spaces shall be constructed by prefabricated precast concrete structure. The white space shall be formed by repeatable IT modules capable to host 400x IT racks arranged in two Data Halls each hosting 6x PODs. The white spaces shall be able to be divided physically into two equal zones when required.Each POD is a Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) formed by two adjacent rows.The average power density of each IT module shall be 10 kW/Rack. The IT module shall be capable for hosting HPC racks having a power density of 30 kW/rack. The net white space allocated in each facility should be a minimum of 4MW IT capacity on Day 1 (Phase 1) and expandable up to 16MW or 24MW per site, The objective of the project is to construct the data center with following phases:Phase-1 Data hall (1&2) with structure and complete fit-out.Phase-2 Data hall (1&2) with structure and complete fit-out.Office Building with structure and complete fit-out.External Development including buried services, boundary wall, road works and landscape works.
