As a Fraud/Risk Investigations Associate, I apply my engineering degree and skills to monitor, analyze, and prevent fraudulent transactions on the platform. I work with a team of experts to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and to develop and implement solutions that enhance the security and trust of the users. I have more than two years of experience in this field, having previously worked as a Transaction Risk Investigator at Amazon, where I handled complex cases and escalated issues. Before that, I was a Technical Team Member at IBM for a short-term project, where I gained exposure to various technologies and tools. I have strong skills in transaction monitoring, problem solving, and communication, which enable me to perform my role effectively and efficiently. I am passionate about fighting fraud and protecting the interests of the customers and the company. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my knowledge and abilities.
