• Configuration of Static/Dynamic NAT & PAT, Zone-Based Policy Firewall Design on Internet firewalls for various enterprise & carrier services.
• Management of AAA servers for Users authentication (RADIUS) and providing Level 2 support for network issues escalated by IPCore, IT & NOC team.
• Plan and execute successful management of the customers and subcontractors to achieve the project goals like planning, hardware installation, software commissioning and PAT etc.

• Complete Integration Testing for Routing & Switching L2/L3 in various customers network using Huawei devices
• Participating in planned night activities, making network KPI/performance reports, maintaining connectivity sheets and inventory database, modifying the SOPs and making the shift Handover reports.
• Involved in calculation of service impact of the network issues, calculate link utilization, diagnose the Root Cause Analysis and find out steps required to avoid recurrence.
