• Design and Coordination:Oversee the design, coordination, and selection of MEP equipment and accessories, utilizing BIM for MEP design coordination.• Calculation and Analysis:Lead and manage engineering analyses and calculations, including acoustic analysis, mechanical calculations, stress analysis, and heat/cooling load calculations using HAP, Revit, and IESVE.• Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:Lead coordination with stakeholders, including clients, PMC, consultants, and sub-contractors.Oversee technical discussions, participate in site walks and project coordination meetings, and manage subcontractors for project progression.• Documentation and Reporting:Lead quality control of MEP services and manage project activities and document trackers.Manage the submission and approvals of Engineering Documents.• Procurement:Execute comprehensive material management tasks, including material takeoff, ordering materials, and following up on material delivery.Lead coordination with the commercial department and manufacturers for timely procurement and deliveries.• Site Coordination:Lead the process of MEP services and equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.Ensure alignment with specified policies, shop drawings, specifications, and work plans in terms of health, safety, and quality management.• Commissioning:Oversee Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) for HVAC and plumbing systems.Manage Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of MEP equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements during pre-construction and commissioning activities.• Resource Management and Planning:Lead manpower allocation in alignment with the project timeline.Coordinate the loading and offloading of resources and strategically plan project milestones and methods for achievement.
