I have a passion for the healthcare industry and a strong educational background in business and hospital administration. I graduated from the University of Calicut with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2020, and from IBIS Educational Services with a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Administration in 2021, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in this field.I joined Ablecure Healthcare in 2022 as a FRONT OFFICER, and then became an CUSTOMER SERVICR in 2023. In both roles, I demonstrated my abilities in media relations, social media, event management, data entry, billing,invoicemanagement, payroll administration, stock management, cash anagement,scheduling, reporting, customer relationship officer,medical camp conducting . I secured multiple media coverage, increased the social media engagement by 40%, organized successful health camps and seminars, improved the efficiency and accuracy of the data and billing processes, and ensured timely and clear communication with the staff and the clients. I am organized, efficient, and adaptable, and I enjoy working with diverse teams and clients.
