• Managing & planning manpower utilization along with Supervisor, foreman & chargehand for successfully achieving daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress.• Raising Material Requests for proper flow of work.• Raising RFI, and ROW for any design, IFC, or site changes.• Raising Work Inspection Request after completion of installed service, including testing and Final Fix.• Execution of Plumbing systems (Drainage and Water Supply) such as SP, WP, VP, HDPE, BCWS, HWS, HWR, etc.• Pre-commissioning works of Balancing – Flushing, Leak test, Vacuum test.• Making sure that your work area is safe and operates as optimally as possible without any bumps in the progress • Continuously review the progress of the contracted team's Construction schedule during the progress of site works example excavation, FDT’s approval, survey reports, etc.• check plans, drawings, and specifications for excavation of trench from manhole to manhole for sewage and stormwater pipeline connections • Removal of existing sewage and storm damage pipeline • Backfilling with CABC layer by layer and getting FDT approval for each layer• Make shutters for duct banks such as IT, earth, Fiber cable, etc.• Making blinding for manholes (storm and sewage) • Pouring CLSM Low strength concrete alternate for backfilling.• Krab stone blinding and hunching concrete.
