Identified the financial risks and address the mitigations by seeking economic conditions and taking necessary steps to ensure the cushion of fixed expenses over the two months. 7. Risk Management ensures the business has a solid risk framework in place by ensuring all assets of the company.8. Build effective and strong relationships with all financial institutions for smooth-running operations, which can directly create an impact in achieving company goals.a. Routing of required business of Import and export to each bank, which helps to negotiate with banks on our terms for markup reductions, enhancement in lines, etc. b. Negotiate with Banks for rationalization and dealing with SECP for all types of registration of charges over current and non-current assets. 9. Engage with the bank to negotiate terms of financing, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and covenants.a. Work closely with the bank to ensure timely disbursements and optimize cash flow through appropriate financing solutions.b. Regularly review existing credit facilities with the bank to ensure they align with the company’s financial needs.

Additionally, you will maintain close liaisons with the bank's treasury department,ensuring effective exchange rates for import and export payments and realizations, and optimizing theorganization's financial outcomes.
