Accounts Receivable professional with over 15 years of experience in invoicing, collections and billing systems administration. I was the AR manager at Chartbeat and then Tubular Labs for eleven years. There I solely managed and performed all the billing , collections, and cash forecasting to ensure invoice accuracy and timely collections. I also partner with the sales, product, and accounting team to optimize the processes, workflows, and systems for the receivables functions. Before joining Chartbeat, I was a Accounts Receivable Analyst at Google, where I supported the advertising and cloud businesses with invoicing, reporting, forecasting, and analysis. I have strong skills in Accounts Receivable, Timely Collections, Invoicing, Salesforce, and SaaS companies, and am fluent in Spanish and English. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service to customers, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization I represent.
