Process all support requests from staff who have computer, network, printer, or telecommunications problems with timely and effective results and maintain a tracking system of all support calls and resolutions.Establish communication device protocols and coordinate the maintenance and implementation of the phone system as well as all staff portable devices (cellphones, tablets, etc.)Support Department Heads in technology training, purchasing and problem resolution including the management of quick guides for system use and recommended specifications for IT products.Communicate with employees and vendors to resolve technical issues.Utilize strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office and mobile device troubleshooting to assist employees with connectivity, printing, customization, user profile and applications.Responsible for user account management in Active Directory, Exchange, spam filter, and other platforms. This includes creation, removal, changes, password resets, and bulk operations.Perform Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting throughout the property for both the employee and guest populations.Safeguard computers and systems from viruses and malware through updated protection and that necessary installation and removal actions are taken in a timely manner.Ensure periodic backups and system maintenance occurs on a routine basis.Serve as the in house expert for network architecture for both Bay Hill Club & Lodge and Latrobe Country Club properties.Represent us as primary point of escalation to outsourced IT support companies. Act as project manager for annual IT capital projects which include but are not limited to replacing user hardware, on-premise servers, updates to software, updates to malware, etc. Responsible for working with the Arnold Palmer Invitational team and their event vendors to ensure a seamless operational systems integration.Update and maintain IT documentation and inventory controls.
