Helping people and organisations to make innovation repeatable, scalable and profitable is a focus of mine at Inventium. I'm particularly motivated by using best-practice, science based academia and methodologies to demystify innovation for people, educating others to create and manage innovation for themselves. My business degree focussed on Entrepreneurship, during which I studied International Business at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in France and represented RMIT at the Annual Collegiate Entrepreneurship Organisation Conference in Chicago, USA.Before joining Inventium, I managed the National Innovation Program for Deloitte Australia. Here I worked with employees at all levels to tackle client challenges, generate creative solutions and ultimately capture the value being created in the market. Namely the management of our national innovation micro-fund portfolio (prototyping/experimentation funnel). I have managed program initiatives aimed at improving the ways in which people work, as well as improving business processes, technologies, products and services. I enjoy connecting people and projects, breaking down silos and fostering collaboration. I am experienced in facilitation and keynote speaking, having run workshops for clients across Australia and overseas. A highlight in my time as an Executive Coach has been taking Inventium's Asia-Pacific executive clients on a tour through Silicon Valley's most innovative companies. Learning the secrets behind the worlds fast growth technology companies, and how they sustain a culture of innovation as they scale.In my time outside of Inventium, I immerse myself in the social entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem. Formerly a Board Member for the Awesome Foundation, I provided micro-funding for small scale entrepreneurship projects. I'm currently working on 2 startups of my own. The Awesome Foundation awards a $1,000 grant each month to an 'Awesome' idea/project to support the creators and their work. The grant is collectively provided by its 10 board members, no strings attached. Projects have included efforts in a wide range of areas including technology, arts, social good, and beyond.At the end of the day, it's all about seeing good ideas go far.

Deloitte Australia is committed to Innovation. So much so that they have an internal Innovation Program to support the development of new ideas which can add value to the business and their clients. As part of the Innovation Team, I had the exciting role of helping people generate, prototype and scale their ideas. To help make this happen, I managed the internal idea capture platform the 'Deloitte Innovation Academy'. A large part of my role was to support internal teams to build their innovation culture and capabilities.
