Reviewing tender documents, specifications, basis of design, drawings and determine the scope of work and required contents for estimate. Detailed design engineering of HVAC system which involves, heat load calculations, Duct and pipe routing, drawing and specifications. Selection of equipment such as chillers, AHU’s, pumps, exhaust fans, blowers, valves and other accessories. Design and estimation of firefighting system and fire suppression system. Prepare shop drawings for plumbing, HVAC and fire protection discipline by AutoCAD. Prepare engineering calculations for plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems. Lead a team of assistant engineers and technicians and give them on job training. Arrange meeting with approved vendor and clients engineer as per the contract requirement and brief them about the selection and quality procedures. Follow with supplier for compliance statement, test reports, technical data sheet for approval. Preparation and study of post project cost analysis with management. Provides engineering support to other design engineers and project teams.

Roles & Responsibilities Study of Project Docs; Contract, tender Drawings, Project Plan Study mechanical work specification of Saudi Govt Evaluation of equipment/machinery to be installed in the project Make shop drawing on computer based on study/changed requirement Ensure Sleeves work, piping system provision at foundation work of all buildings Installation of ductile iron pipes and Black hard steel pipes, its jointing and fitting various kinds of valves, fire hydrants & accessories for Fire Fighting System network. Installing piping (CPVC) for main Water supply line as per approved drawings Installation of Pump machinery, Diesel driven pump, operation control valve, automatic air release valve and casing relief valve etc with complete outfitting of Pump Room Installation of Package Air conditioning unit, Split units for each building in the project Installation & interfacing BMS (Building Management system) all around the projects Re design & Installation of piping for Drainage system network. Re design & installation of state of art irrigation system keeping in view topographic of the project land. Preparation of as built drawing, operation and maintenance manual.
