Passionate about social good, I derive great satisfaction from engaging with diverse individuals and gaining insights from varied perspectives. My professional trajectory encompasses a range of pivotal roles demonstrating proficiency in both strategic and technical aspects within the automotive value chain and its ecosystem. From the development and enhancement of automotive vendor and supply chain processes through collaborative initiatives with the Japanese and Australian government, executing a comprehensive talent development program for sustainability of automotive ecosystem, played a significant role in the the formulation of National Automotive Policy (NAP) 2020, and presently, I land major role in Human Resources (HR) functions, tasked in managing talent and executing strategies that is crucial for the ongoing development of the Malaysian Automotive, Robotics, and IoT Institute (MARii) and automotive mobility ecosystem. As I secured a role in Human Resources, it was initially perceived as a deviation from my educational background holding a B.Sc and M.Sc in Engineering, I promptly recognized the inherent opportunity it offered – a chance to comprehend the most crucial asset of any organization: its people. I have been privileged to leverage diverse perspectives and opinions, crafting solutions that actively contribute to enhancing productivity.I always passionate on task that creates value and positive impact on people, organisation, and society at large.
