• Automated Grit Characterization (Measuring its Area, Widths, Height, Rake, Oblique and Clearance angles) using Matlab and Python by getting 3D scan from NanoFocus scanner • Ablated textures of 3 and 4 channels at 45 degrees using Laser on Hardened Steel Substrate • Brazed CBN Grits using Titanium-Bronze Filler Metal using Vacuum Brazing and Laser as a heat source • Tested brazed grinding wheels at 27k rpm on steel 2379 specimen and Measured Surface roughness, Temperature and grinding Forces.
