As a Customer Trading Manager my Duties and Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing performance, and ensuring customers have a great experience, whatever they are coming for. Managing a team who serving customers on checkouts, making sure the right advertising is on display. I also make sure that the business is fully compliant to trade legally and dealing with any customer queries or complaints. Using customer feedback, I help create target goals to achieve to provide a better customer service.

My Duties and Responsibilities while working at Sainsbury was to work on the checkout, making sure customers shopping is processed, packed and paid for without unnecessary delays. Helped on the shop floor, helping customers find what they want and explaining anything they need to know. Helping with deliveries coming into the store, Reducing Items that need to be reduced prior to it expire date as well as accepting deliveries in our system. While working at Sainsbury I engaged a lot with customer, build a good relationship with them and making sure they are satisfied with the service they are receiving.

Grow3 arranges business development meetings between our clients and their prospective targets. I am responsible for researching these targets, creating reports based off this research for our clients, and creating a template for communications between our clients and their prospective targets. Other Responsibilities involved working with the database program to move records down the sales pipeline by updating email conversations, performing client engagement tasks, and implementing email campaigns, create and write research reports for email campaigns and prospective clients, work with the project management team to create proposals to gain new clients, and delivering inductions to new interns.

My duties and responsibilities included taking up calls/ calling patients, booking patients when they come into the walk in centre, also filing paper works into patient’s holders, Scanning necessary documents and furthermore I have a basic knowledge of Emis and Adastra. Achievements:My work was recognized by my practice team members and reviewed by my work placement manager, who has praised my hardworking and dedication.

My duties included selling Avon products, in order to sell the product I had use effective communication skills to persuade/convince the consumer to buy the product, the job role also meant I had to do door-to-door sales and face-to-face sales. I had also had to do after sales service, which meant that if the consumer had to any queries after purchasing the product, I had to deal with them and provide a good customer service.
