Design and build an educational chatbot for the students in West Africa, the chatbot focuses on remedial math instructions. It will influence the students to work on their Math abilities with the help of fun games, riddles, trivia and interesting quotes. The chatbot encourages users to improve math abilities, self-confidence and creates a safe place to learn, practice and make mistakes.

As a Conversation designer at Haptik I involved myself into designing user experience journeys for Chatbots, Voice and Intelligent Virtual Assistants. Leveraged my exceptional copywriting and editing skills to author supportive and engaging flows for conversational AI and voice channels, using conversational design best practices. Collaborated with my project stakeholders and tech team to come up with new ideas which can improve the user experience for chatbots and AI virtual assistants. I worked with some high-profile clients for ~50 projects from different industries. Got myself familiar with API schema and integrating attributes into conversations. Collaborated on data structure and requirements with engineers who own the data and are building the APIs. Took part in UX research and recommendations for improvements and enhancements in live chatbots. Took initiatives to document and get feedback from clients on design effectiveness. Additionally, organized internal trainings and workshops for newly joined Conversation designers in the team.
