Developed in Dubai in 2010 by our founder, Adam Zargar and superbly managed by Fatema Fazal, the strategies used are an exciting blend of Psychology, Education and NLP life coaching methods and its results have been well publicised in the UAE media.Our purpose over the coaching journey is to develop your child's social and emotional skills; to help them understand and improve on the way they think, feel and behave so that the way they interact and respond to people and situations around them are developed. Getting these skills and habits right at an early age is important. It will help them feel great about themselves and their life and also realise that they are in control of achieving much more than they are presently.From our teams years of experience in Education, Psychology and NLP Coaching we have the experience to recognise that every child is different, with unique strengths, thought patterns and beliefs. We recognise the importance of the first meeting. A trusting relationship is needed before any coaching can start. We love to take the time to build a relationship with you and your child in an environment they feel comfortable in. We make sure you and your child feel comfortable at every step of the coaching journey. With that in mind every session is at the home of the child or a similar informal and comfortable setting. All our coaches will be informally dressed and each session is designed to be enjoyable, engaging and full of learning and self-discovery.

I am an empathetic and passionate parent and child life coach with a firm belief in giving the children and parents I work with an opportunity to speak, be heard and to make changes in their habits. By exploring their feelings, definitions and ideas through talk, role-play and NLP tools children and teens learn that their goals are realistic and attainable.As a leading child life coach, I am approachable at all times and go over and above to support the children, teens and parents I have the pleasure to coach. Through active listening, children learn to believe in themselves and realise their potential by working through their fears and learning to take great ownership and responsibility for their life. The parents get some of the pressure they are under lifted and learn how to create a powerful vision in line with their values and gain a clear structure and consistency around their rewards and consequences.Coupled with my teaching experience, I treat all my clients with respect and support them through their journey, celebrate their successes, motivate and equip them to reach higher.I like to nurture a strong bond with both the child and the parents. It is my strong belief that if this area is strengthened, communication improves and as a result the family become happier.
