In year two of our business, during the startup death valley, we created a team to work on the referral project as our first plan for product growth. As the product manager, I led a cross-functional team of current top managers in the organization. We developed a Chat feature, a social concept, feed algorithm, and create-post journey in our marketplace, focusing on Follow, Connection, and profile for 3 quarters.
