My activities focus on development and overseeing all aspects of marketing activities. My job responsibilities include providing strategies, goals, and schedules for the project for strategies to the entire team and designing marketing plans to increase sales and appropriate promotional procedures based on data analysis and processes created therein. My team, which includes 5 supervisors and 80 promoters and merchandising, covers the entire country of Iran. They report to me on a daily and weekly basis.I report monthly and weekly to the direct marketing manager.
