Also develop feature for PIC Agent at region-area level to access lead submission without accrosing it to their HO.• Managing and create bonds between external (12 partners) and internal (over 200 BFI Branches)• Supervise & enhance all streams workflow at BFI, and evaluate to create new effective flow for better ideal habit• Develop programs & scheme to partners, Analyze & monitoring database to create summary report, Create dashboard monitoring & develop databases, Preparing & handling daily, weekly & monthy report, Design & create campaign for the programs• Create and involve to held an event to appreciate positive collaboration (based on achievement bonus) between BFI & Partners (Moladin : was held in Bandung, commitment bonus at 2 billion, Maximum : was held in Bandung, commitment bonus at 250 million, Oto.com : was held in Jakarta, commitment bonus at 100 million)
