Fathan is a Senior Lead Auditor and Technical Expert at ABAC Center of Excellence. He has years of experience in anti-corruption, governance, risk and compliance managements. Having been exposed to sectors at private, government and government-linked companies, he has conducted audits at various organisations including financial institutions, IT, public transportations, manufacturing, construction, government agencies and many others. Fathan has accomplished in developing and implementing Corruption Risk Management (CRM), Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (presently, known as National Anti-Corruption Strategy) and ISO 37001 ABMS at the corporate level. He has also established policies and provided advisory services on anti-corruption and bribery (ABC) and compliance matters. Fathan holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial logistics from Universiti Kuala Lumpur and completed his studies in international business management at DHBW State University, Germany. He is a specialist in various ISO standards and a Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) from Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
