  During this internship, other interns and I had the opportunity to rebuild an existing e-ticketing service managed by the Jakarta Transportation Agency. We conducted a 5-month internship with a variety of roles. I was assigned the responsibility of UI designer, which involves working with project managers and developers. We were worked according to what was discovered of evaluating user reviews on the Google Play Store to notice several weaknesses, and agreement with the team at the time.Tasks:• Created prototypes and interfaces by improving the user interface’s old design, setting up cancellation and rescheduling processes among service providers and passengers by using Figma.• Conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify weaknesses and make sure the functionality of the product.• Coordinated with back-end and front-end developers for talking about the user interface design and flow that would be implemented, and satisfied 97% of the client's needs.• Planned project tasks with Jira and Agile methodology workflows, results in more effective project roadmaps and more quickly completion.
