Spearheading the Civil Engineering division at AMTS for the winning bid on the Jordan Border Security Program (JBSP) Phase II &III which incorporated the contributions of the Jordanian and US Armed Forces in addition to other leading corporations in the aerospace, defense and energy sectors. The following points highlights some of the main achievements during my work at AMTS:* Inspected more than 30 construction sites and provided formal approval to the main contractorand other subordinates.*Participated in regular meetings such as weekly project teleconferences and quarterly projectmanagement reviews as well as various joint working groups and meetings of projectstakeholders.*Contributed to a 30% reduction in project duration due to the application of a precast concretesystem instead of the cast in place method normally used in Jordan.*Fully designed and managed a 2 million dollar refurbishment project in Amman which finishedon time and below budget.*Developed rigorous decision matrices to advise senior management on the most viable solution.

*Presenting our project technical features that led to more than 1.3 million dollars in sales.*Plan, implement, and evaluate change requests and ensure profit margins are achieved.*Ensure adherence to design specifications in addition to safety protocols and local standards.*Monitor and report programme milestones in alignment with work being performed and inaccordance with an integrated management plan.*Accurately taking measurements that contributed to cost efficiencies and reduction in wastage.*Negotiating prices for materials and finding cost-effective solutions.*Technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, crafts people, and operatives.
