Liaison with the agency in charge for candidate’s application development and conduct of CBT.3. Scrutiny of applications with the laid out job description and recruitment policy of CSL.4. Conduct of Interviews, Certificate verifications, Group Discussions and Exams.5. Preparation of Rank lists, Notes and circulars for official documentation and communication.6. SAP FLM, S 4 HANA usage pertaining to recruitment activities

1. Leave and attendance record for Salary and WPS.2. Recruitment: Posting vacancies, and initial screening.3. General office Administration: Ticket booking, Petty Cash, Managing office supplies.4. Preparing Training Calendar for the year, arranging trainer and Training materials and Training Evaluation.5. Coordinating all Sales events such as Seminars and Conferences and Showcase and present the solutions to the prospects

1. Payroll Management:a. Monthly Salary calculation using the payroll software b. Leave and attendance record.c. Maintenance of Personnel files.2. Training and Development:a. Capture training needs after career progression assessment.b. Meet with the HOD and vet the trainings identified and understand the actionables after the training is administered.c. Execute the training program by contacting external/internal faculties, fixing up schedules and customizing the training modules.d. Develop a Scheme for continual education - through knowledge sharing sessions by the employee who underwent training. e. Setting up system and effective assessment on ROI by taking feedback from HODs on a scale of 1-5 3. Recruitment: a. Sourcing profiles, initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters and compensation break-ups.4. Joining and Induction:a. Design a structured Induction program for all new joiners and responsible for their orientation and induction. (Also update and innovate Induction manual with process details).5. Policy Updation:a. Review & update existing policies after consultation with TMT.6. Employee Engagement:a. Coordinate all internal celebrations and events.b. Coordinate the timely publication of Kancor Newsletter.
