Authorized by the GCAA to deliver various training to Cabin Crew and Flight crew as well as conduct assessments and examinations in line with GCAA regulations. Deputy team lead for Senior Cabin Crew Upgrade Course training team, as well as an admin team, overseeing a total of 14 team members. Customer Service and Business Excellence• Designed and implemented the training syllabus for Business Excellence and Etiquette for initial and recurrent training. Considerations for implementation included budgeting, resource management, and cost to business of crew on ground. Performance pre- and post-implementation was measured and significant improvements in crew attitude and behaviour, as well as customer interaction and communication were made, resulting in an increase in repeat customers for the airline. GCAA Certified Senior Cabin Crew Trainer• Responsible for designing training syllabus for senior upgrades. Providing hands on training as a senior cabin crew member by partnering with cabin crew on flights to develop, coach and mentor them to improve performance. • Conducting senior coaching and final check flights completing the Senior Check flight form in line with CAR ops. GCAA First Aid Instructor• Authorized by the GCAA to conduct first aid assessments and training for Ab-initio initial as well as recurrent training for both cabin crew and flight crew. This is a 5-day course facilitated with a co-trainer for up to 30 trainees at a time. CRMI – Crew Resource Management Instructor• Responsible for leading training CRM courses for cabin crew, flight crew and other department teams across the airline. The course covers mindfulness, resilience, human performance and limitations and conflict management. SEP Trainer (Safety and Emergency Procedures)• Responsible for assisting in the development and design of new training materials for cabin crew and flight crew training. The training covers aircraft specifics, emergency procedures and survival techniques.
