After realizing that becoming an astronaut is a dream farther than the deep cosmos, I settled for the next best thing and remained loyal to gravity. So I became someone who likes to create a ripple of positive impact while enclosed inside the four corners of my office desk; as a product compliance specialist.After 16 years of working with compliance and sustainability, particularly trade and environmental compliance, I have understood that these disciplines are becoming more relevant and is an emerging and lucrative trend; motivating me to continuously improve and work smart to become a subject matter expert in these fields. I would also like to take it to the next, if not, a whole new level and expand my career niche; exploring deeper into any relevant opportunities that deals with the environment, supply chain, chemistry and research.My skillsets include - Global trade (Export Control) and environmental regulatory (RoHS, REACh/SCIP, WEEE and Conflict Minerals) requirements, compliance and sustainability, responsible procurement and product data research. Solid background on technical data collection, validation and analysis, Bill of Materials (BOM) management - scrubbing and analysis of lifecycle state and in establishing customer and supplier collaboration thru training and mentoring.So if you need a dynamic addition to your organization, I would like to take on that challenge.
